Another league format that I would be interested in creating (obviously this is for any future release)... would be a league format similar to european soccer.

I was introduced to it in USM98, so I am no expert but something like the following:

Have the ability to create a Premier League, Champion League, League One, League Two, Conference, Conference North, Conference South. Then use relegation to move bad teams down and the better teams up through the system.

This would best be combined with a solid in game revenue model.
