Fix #4 takes care of the problem with bases reverting to wrong HQ after capture, but now I'm finding all the choices for commands are greyed out if I want to changes a bases assigned command. I have over 7000 pp and all zones are under my control. I did not notice this before patching to 1.8. Other than that, the new patch seems to be great so far.

You can reassign to a new command only if you have an LCU of that command present at that base.
