When Pitch Out is not available at nthe bottom for the batter, and you go to More and select a Pitch Out, there are a couple of problems...

1. You cannot uncheck the box
2. Clicking OK does not actually activate the attempted pitch out (it doesn't show in the text play by play area...however, if you select this option and click on the X to close the dialog, it does activate it.
