Hi,

Firstly let me once again congratulate all those involved in so skilfully resurrecting this classic game. It has been polished up and improved way beyond any reasonable expectations. Congratulations.

However… it would be a big help to many, no doubt especially novice PC wargamers, if there were an Acrobat/ Word step by step guide to one of the tutorials. You know the sort of thing I mean, with screenshots and such. I realise that the most likely reason there is no such guide is lack of time, but it would be a big help. It is also worth pointing out that such guides are now almost the norm in wargames.

Just to add to the workload, a similar step by step guide to scenario creation would also help. Walking through the creation of a scenario from start to finish.

The manual is very well done, step by step guides always help.

Once again… congratulations.
All the best,
Kip.

You probably missed the documentation button. If a scenario has an associated document, and ALL of the tutorials do, then you can click it, before you start the scenario and the program will launch a reader for the appropriate document. Assuming that you already have the reader installed on your system, of course. If there are no associated documents for the scenario currently selected, then the button will appear blank. If there is a document, the button will appear as does the circled one below.

JAMiAM,

Extreme apologies for taking your time and being so stupid…. The write-ups to go with the tutorials are indeed outstanding… just the job .

Thanks again,
All the best,
Kip.

Thanks for the heads up on the tutorials. Did you all rewrite them or are they the same ones from before?

Just curious in case I miss anything
