Nik Mod 42a 1.8.00.1 I have an Amphib TF at Saipan with an Amphib Force already loaded in an AGC. This TF refuses to load ANY other troops to transport to anyplace

Did I miss a rule here?

Other co-located task forces will pick up these troops and move them

As a stop gap measure, put the loaded AGC into its own TF( set it to do not unload ) then load units on other TFs. Before moving, form up all the TFs you want, with the AGC + force in one.

I don't know if it is or not. I always load one unit per TF with them set on do not unload and home and destination port as the one thery are loading at. Once every TF is fully loaded the way I want, then I combine them into larger formations and set sail.
