I just purchased and downloaded PureSim Baseball 2007 and noticed that a patch came out in July (PureSim Baseball 2007 Patch v1.2). Do I need to download and install this patch?

Yes, I would recommend upgrading to patch 1.20 as it fixes several game issues and is quite stable.

I concur that the 1.20 patch is stable and needs to be installed. Be cautious, however, of installing any BETAs released AFTER 1.20. There are multiple issues related to these releases that are still (perhaps) being addressed. You will be happy with 1.20. Welcome to the club. You made a very wise purchase.
