Status: offline 		It's probably simple, but nothing is clicking in my mind. In the States and Players files what are the values for Green, Blue and Red used for?

Status: offline 		This determines their color used at various places in the game.  (Red, green, blue values together give one color.)

Status: offline 		Couple places require a "base" color, the Governor screen on Overview is one, The base color of Individual Brigades is another, I am sure the State and province lines is another.

Status: offline 		I think in the AcwStates.txt file, those RGB values are for the Governor mini-windows.

I am searching for the values that define the northern province's border color.  Anyone have an idea?
