Hello:

I can't get into the members area. When I ask for my username and password MATRIX sends it to me and it still does not work. Help please.

Does you browser accept cookies? Also check if your firewall blocks them.

Using Firefox and it does accept cookies.

Firewall disabled as far as I can tell. Don't know much about them.
