I have recently purchased and installed Carriers at War and have had difficulties playing it. Within the first five to ten minutes the program becomes unstable, the mouse unresponsive, and it eventually locks up the system. I have to reboot to get the computer working again. I have an HP laptop running Windows XP. No other games or programs do this. It happened with the download and also after getting the hardcopy and reloading. It has happened every time I've tried to play. What a bummer. Anyone have a similar problem or know what the problem might be? Thanks, Bruce L. Darling

Hi Bruce,
Havent had any other similar reports to this. Can you give me some more specs of your system? Also, if you could create a DXDiag file (details on how to do this are posted at the top of this support forum), and send it to me at support@ssg.com.au, it might help me track down whats happening.

Also, make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed. This solves many problems for people.
