I guess I wasn't using research properly (I did actually know this) but I thought this message was funny

At the beginning of my turn (Axis) on 27 April 1944 I got this message
Germany Develops Blitzkrieg Level 2

NOTE : Obviously I'm not citing this as a bug...just thought it was funny how badly I was doing in research!!

Judge is now with a look of surprise saying but I bought the game now I have to pay the scientist also that just aint fair.

Sorry Judge I just couldnt pass this up.
