Status: offline 		Not sure exactly what it does, rules state it adds randomised tech, can i have an example of what it does, ie:do you just get a level?

Status: offline 		It is my understanding that random research gives you a chance to achieve 1%, 8% or 15% of your research goal for a given technology. Naturally the chance for the better results is lower.
