What ratings cause the WR's to catch the ball in coverage?

I think if the DB is stuck to the WR, it should be knocked down most of the time. I think there should be more knock downs and a few more interceptions on the worst of throws. Like where there is no WR within a few yards. But usually the DB drops it.

BTW, it took me a long time but I found plans for me and the computer that make the game competative and realistic. This game has a ton of potential.
