I inadavertently put the game on continous turns. How do I get it to stop?

I kept hitting keys. It finally stopped. Not sure what ones made it stop. hehe. I'm just glad it did. I just lost almost a week! Bummers.

The 'F9' key will cause the continuous turns to end at the next end-of-turn.
