Been playing as axis against AI in stock game. I've noticed that USA and Russia are able to stockpile ridiculously high amounts of suppy...like USA with 800+ and Russia with 200-300 or so. All the while they are still building lots of units and moving fleets ,etc. Whats going on?

What supply setting you use for the AI?

I thought I read where if on advanced it gets to0 confused. I don't wnat to give it always in supply if I can help it.
