I bought Panzer COmmand Kharkov yesterday but hadn't the time to download it straight away it. Now when I try to find my order I get this message:

"Message 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 20009SC01"

I have tried allowing all cookies, reseting cookies, disable anti-virus and both IE7 and FF webbrowsers and nothing works. I have bought a game I can't play, please help me!

Edit: looks like www.findmyorder.com is working but not your store directly.
