Are those replacements every seven days?

I see the last colum doesn't produce something that goes into the pool each turn. So it must be either weekly or monthly. Nothing in the manual that I saw.

I've personally found that things don't actually sink in until I've gone to the trouble to look up the same page on the same mental question 4-7 times.
