Do shock attacks still cause damage to bases (airfields, ports, oil and resource centers) like they did in WiTP? I'm considering using the 1st Raiding Rgt (para unit) to take Djambi, but I don't want the oil center there to be damaged as a result of the attack.

I searched the manual using "shock attack", but couldn't find anything indicating collateral damage to bases/facilities. Any ideas or results observed?
