Status: offline 		I finally found a scenic location. I want to build a resort ming base there. I was able to do this before, but it wasn't a scenic location. Well this time I can't do it. I only have options for resort base or tech bases.

Does a scenic location causes the game not to mine on it? Is this why I can't do it because the resort base I wanted to put on had mining equipment on it?

Status: offline 		if there are minerals or gas you can mine there.

maybe you don't have the right mining equipment on the base in question?
