heya, don't know if its been addressed in the latest beta's or not, but my constructors seem unable to handle it when its auto ordered to repair an abandoned ship and said ship disappears or is repaired by someone else. when this happens it wanders off in a straight line at random speeds.

It doesn't wander off, it chases the ship to repair, since that's the last order it had. I just discovered this issue, myself and it's still in 1.0.4.4. I found out because I got a "please remove your ship from our system" when my armed constructor finally caught up with the ship another empire had repaired first.

I'd say that there needs to be a script added to check if the repair target was already repaired and to then mark that task as complete.

ahh, heh they have a long journey then as they don't use their hyper drives :P
