I noticed there's a a line in the races.txt that was missed in the customization guide Line #20 each race has the numbers 0,1,2, or 3
It may have been cleared up in the past here, but I can't find it.
Anyone know what it represents?

Well spotted. That's ship design focus. - Ship Design Focus: 0=Balanced, 1=Speed/Agility, 2=Power, 3=Efficiency

It tells you in the master races.txt file. Also incase you haven't disovered bubblewrap's awesome race editor:

If you use Bubblewrap's editor, you will need to find one that works for you. The only one that works for me is 1.0.
It is worth you downloading and figuring out which race works for you. It makes working with the race sooooo much easier.
