About how many pilots can you lose in a month before you see their starting experiences drop below the values listed in the manual? I assume it's different for the Japanese and the Americans.
Is this number different in different scenarios? ( like scen #17 vs scen #19).

Not sure but im playing a PBEM game where after transfering one of my squads all the planes undergoing repair upgraded and now the pilots of the little squad have exp in the 30's.
