AKA SOLUTION: THE PROBLEM IS, VISUAL STUDIO VERSION 2005 INSTALLATED. DELETE ALL VERSIONS 2005 INSTALLATED IN YOUR PC (INCLUDE UPDATES) REINSTALL THE VERSION AND VOILA ANW runssssssssss again !!!
