I was digging through some CDs on my desk, and found one with JT Campaign Series on it. I don't remember when I bought it, but I can't find my ser. no. Does this one need it, and if so, how can I retrieve it?

The serial number is printed on the CD.

Sorry, it was the downloaded version. I burned it to a CD some time ago, but don't know where the serial no. is.

Thanks for the link. I tried that, but it only showed my order for WITP: Admiral's Edition. Is it possible there isn't a serial number required, if I ordered it a while ago? I haven't installed it yet to see (not enough time to try yet).

The game requires a serial number to install and you need a serial number to install the latest 1.04 UPDATE (or any of the updates for that matter)

You could look on your machine for a serialreg.txt, but that may not work if you have never installed it before.

Your last option would be to contact the matrix helpdesk and see if they can find it for you.

Thanks for you help in rattling my brain Jason. I found it on findmyorder.com. It was under a different email and credit card no. Creating txt file with serial number in it now...

Don't forget to install the 1.04 UPDATE, you can find it here:

http://www.matrixgames.com/products/318/downloads/

You only need the 1.04 UPDATE, as it is cumulative.
