Is it possible that older posts are deleted? I was searching for the map-mod and couldn't find it in the Mod section. But I know it was there about a year ago.

Nothing is deleted. It's still there.

Default forum setting is set to show topics from last year. Change "Display topics from last: 365 days" to "all" and you can see all topic.
