Whats the hard cap for SHC morale?

As we all know be now there is a hard cap on GHC morale.

Does the same rule apply to SHC units?

There is no hard cap on either. Both have soft caps.

We all know the game, but what is the"soft cap" ( thats the PC word for HARD CAP for new poeple)?

In your exp Flaviusx is it same as GHC 10 over NM. In other words if you win a battle your chances of gaining a pt of morale over 10+ NM is very slim 10%?

I am also seeing the replasement "fix" as another hard wired design to make sure GHC gets pushed east in 1943. The replasement issue in 1941 and 1942 is a non factor, but come 43 it hits home if your about at the historical lines.

Does this same design effect SHC as they get closer to Germany? I know from my game vs MT that the new replasement system is not effecting that game at all, but in my other games it is having a huge effect to the units that are far to east.

Even as late as 43 the Axis can max out morale if they are winning lots of battles. (See Terje's AAR for a good example of this.) Nothing succeeds like success in this game.

There is no hard cap. As a practical matter it will be difficult to get much over the soft cap, but it can happen.

Can anyone recall the highest Morale they had for various russian corp. inf cav and arm?
