[FIXED B546] Issue with Overcrowded Dialog

Status: offline 		During loading of save there is a message that air base is overcrowded. This particular air base was indeed hit hard with lot of tarmac space destroyed. I am afraid that this message is indicating that it is possible for AC sitting on tarmac to survive destruction of tarmac it is sitting on. Hardly imaginable in RL. Hope there is other explanation for this message.

Status: offline 		Should still have the space to hold the aircraft but one looks like it was in transit so that is likely what's causing the erroneous message. Doesn't actually impact anything though other that trip our an error handling dialog Thanks for finding this. Added to our list.

Status: offline 		With B553 issue is back. Save attached. Probably it is nothing important, after initial message game proceeds as usual.
