Status: offline 		For $ 54.99 one gets a hard copy disc, but does one also receive a hard copy rule book, or does one rely only on the PDF rule file?

Status: offline 		Yes, it comes with a book. You have two choices, standard edition grayscale, collector's edition printed in color.
