I've playtesting some simple mission designs while getting back into CMNO. In the mission editor Ive created a quick AAW patrol. For transit I have 3000Ft and once on station 40,000ft. Yet, my group travels out at 40,000ft?

Thank you!

And by default is the only way currently (until 1.07 comes out) to stop your AI from firing at long distances on exclusion zone enemy AC to set their ROEs to Manual only? As is now I see lots of my AI firing off AMRAAMs at edge of envelope distances.

Oh yeah. I currently have 1.07 Beta something. Is there a way to keep your units from firing at edge of envelope distances when exclusion zones are set up?

You can change the range at which weapons engage in the WRA tab in missions or on individual units/groups.

Read about WRA here:

If it's a patrol mission you could also use prosecution zones.
