Status: offline 		Well i asked Goblin if we can have a game. I asked for the Americans...with a Map in a Villaers-Bocage...motif ......I figured it will be fast being that the M4's catch on fire at the drop of the hat....:eek: :eek: :eek:
But i will endure and try to prevail!!!!!

Status: offline 		Goblin drew first blood knocking out one of my M4A3's....:( :( :( i was foolish with this one.....next time i will be more careful!!!! I knock out one of his SdKF2's.
As my men move up i spotted an ELEFANT in the MIST!!!!!!!:eek: :eek: Working its way up North ..........Whats a little old Shreman to Do......:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :p

My Jagdpanthers strike again! So does a beloved Tiger! That scout vehicle that killed an M4 was a 222!!! With a lowly 20mm gun... ;)

Lots of vehicles on both sides destroyed this round!:mad:

Status: offline 		Wow. He has a Jackson, in an open hex, that has been attacked by no less than 10 vehicles at a range of four or less, and it is alive. My hit chances at range four, and range one, are on the order of 10%?!?! With Jagdpanthers, Panthers, StuGIV's, halftracks, infantry, everything! Nothing had to move far at all to hit it. It survived the only two hits I got out of all the shots. I am baffled, and somewhat irritated, needless to say.

Elsewhere, the 'lets go light on the arty' monster struck again:rolleyes: ;) . Three batteries of 155's just hammered my lines...:eek: Troops not liking that for sure.:mad: :(

We got a major short-range fight in the smoke on the northern victory hexes, with an Stuart dropping a StuG IV!!!!:mad: We got the little rat back though. :D

Tell me about it... :rolleyes: Sometimes it seems as if the game puts a scrambler on all German sights as soon as anything U.S. is in sight.... :p

Ok back to buisness...Goblin has a whole Zoo of Tigers and Panthers pushing through the Southern Town....:eek:
He also tried to sneaky acouple of recons pass me in the middle ....:eek: Before my Command Unit saw them. DoH!!!!!!!!!
I'm reassesing my strategy as we speak!!!

I blasted a few crates (M4's) this turn, but lost a couple of StuG's doing it...

Those 155's are still hammering my lines...:mad:

Surrender and take up Pokemon trading cards. It is safer than running M4's....

I was making a light probe, but didn't have any 'light' vehicles, lol, so it's an attack now!:eek:

Here we come, Hawk.

That Uber Lucky Jackson FINALLY died!!! Somewhere on the order of 30 or so rounds to finally get the thing, plus 2 infantry squad attacked it also. We butchered the crew, and feel better now. :) :D

Flame units into action! Rangers don't likey them so much! :p

Elephants into action! I smashed an Elephant thru a stone wall 150 meters from an immobilized M4 that had killed a Flame Tank of mine. The M4 takes the side shot! Crack! KerPOW! A miss! The Elephant groans and shudders into the turn... The gunner fires... KRACK!!! wooooshBOOM!!!! M4 pixie particles.:cool:

Status: offline 		Creeping forward on his belly, the tank commander gained the top of the rise, and peered thru the hedge with his binoculars. He knew from the radio, and from the weapons fire, that his two Tigers were on the enemy flank. Ah! Two M4 tanks, and an M3 Stuart tank! At least a platoon of enemy infantry too. All of the targets were within 600 meters, knife fighting range for a Tiger.

With a savage grin, he backed down the slope and mounted his Tiger. A quick briefing to his crew and the other Tiger commander followed. Their escorting Halftrack, equipped with two deadly flamethrowers, idled nearby.

His driver slowly rolled the Tiger into a gap in the hedgerow, and he waited for the M4's to fire. They did not fire! His tank had remained unseen! He called out his first target, an M4 400 or so meters away. KRACK! woooshBOOM! Hit, the enemy tank began to spew smoke and flames, while survivors staggered out of the wreck. He traversed the turret, wondering at the miracle preventing the enemy from firing back.

On target! Fire! KRACK! woooshBOOM! The second M4 began to flame, and its crew struggled to escape even as he swung the turret towards the M3 Stuart. Have to be a snap shot. He could hear the other Tiger engaging the enemy infantry to the front as he watched the M3 explode violently. A hit! Three shots and three kills! A good thing Hans' tank was nearby, they could verify those kills!

He watched as the flamethrowers were put to work on an enemy infantry squad. He was seldom moved by the sights of war anymore, but the flamethrowers brought a brief swell of pity for those poor infantrymen. He radioed, and shortly he saw the StuG's rolling forward into the area he had just cleared. StuG's and one of those massive monsters; an Elephant! He was extremely glad he would never engage one of them, even with his trusty 88!

He began to scan the horizon with his binoculars, watching for anyone trying to flank the Assault Guns.

Status: offline 		My Lone M36 was witness to the Carnage the [B]"Hated Tigers"[/B] could do up North......feeling anger coarse through the commaders veins he orders foward.....as the lone Tank makes his way to try and delay the Tigers....he runs up against a Stug-IV ....[B]"Whooosh"[/B] the Stug fires......misses.....Gunner gets bearing and sends reply....nothing...:(...Stug fires again this time [B]"Bang"[/B] off our Front Armour Plate...:eek: .... the smoke settles in the Tank and my crew are alive......instinctively the gunner fires.....[B]"BOOM"[/B] a smoking hulk lays infront of us.....not feeling satisfaction cause we know there are Tigers about...my drivers goes into a grassy field .....and there stand [B]"Two Tigers"[/B] foaming at the mouth..:eek: :eek: My gunner fires......"Clank" came the sound of the beast armour!!!! We prepare to meet our maker..:( [B]"BAM"[/B] The 88mm shell bounces off my M36....a scout team nearby tries to help us by dropping smoke........

In the South where German Tanks are everywhere...:eek: My Rangers inch their way house to house looking for victims...Finally a Jagpanther is in thier sites.....[B]"Whooooosh"[/B] goes the Bazooka.....and we have one dead KAT!....Another team of rangers in the same area found a Panther A with troop support.....[B]"Whooosh"[/B] went the Bazooka and we have yet another dead KAT!!

Status: offline 		Aaaaarrrrggghh! FOUR batteries of 155's are hitting me now!:mad: :eek:

His M36's are charmed! I shot at it with an entire platoon of FJ's, and two Tiger's, and just barely dismounted the crew!

Alot of Rangers died that round.:(

I have two Tigers driving up the road near his rear hexes, slugging it out with M4 Flame tanks! No casualties yet.
