For the problem below, I couldn't use any savegames because the savegame I made for it, produced another error that makes it impossible to check the initial problem, so I'll try to describe as thoroughly as I can. Included the savegame anyway. Never know what it's good for.
1. Version is 1.3.3, solitaire Global.
2. Oil usage by Italy.
3. Italy has 1 saved oil and gets one from Germany by trade every turn.
4. Italy reorganizes its ships and aircraft with 0,9 oil and has 2 ships left, both requiring 0,1 oil.
5. With 0,1 oil left, the 'reorganize-buttons' are greyed out and Italy cannot reorganize anything anymore.
6. I saved the game at this point, but the savegame is of no use, because:
7. In the savegame, Italy miraculously has regained 0,9 oil back to its full 1 oil. All reorganized units are still reorganized so now Italy has 1 oil to reorganize the 2 units left (costing 0,2 oil total)...
Looks to me like a two-headed bug. Hopefully it hasn't gotten more heads, but I didn't spot it if it has ;-).
My thought (but what exactly do I know): if 'oil needed to reorganize all units' > 'total oil available for reorganization', this may happen?
