The trains in AGN are regularly hijacked (-4).

The tool tip seems to say this happens whenever the relationship with Gerke is poor.

Mine is Good (+10) and his tool tip does not indicate exposure to hijack. In the past the relationship was briefly negative.

IIRC this seems to happen often in AGN only.

Hi willgamer,

Your relationship with General Gercke can increase the chance of this happening if it's a poor one.

If your relationship with him is good then you'll still have the standard base chance of hijacking occurring.

There's a decision 'Lack of Cooperation' that fires for each theatre and involves you arbitrating between the Luftwaffe and General Gercke.

The chances of hijacking occurring in each theatre depends on the option you chose and the outcome (all of them involve a probability roll).

Historically the Luftwaffe would put officers armed with submachineguns on trains and 'confiscate' them for their own purposes. This wasn't normal practice but once train deliveries started to get tight and various supplies started running short it became, at times, every man for himself.

Cheers,
Cameron

That is consistent with what I saw and I do remember that Lack of Cooperation decision, though I don't remember what I chose.

Thanks for the extended explanation.
