Status: offline 		There are airbases deep in my controlled regions(for example, those deployed in some axis allies). Is it necessary to move all of them to the front?

Status: offline 		I use just a few of those Rumanian bases (5 I think), there rest is set to 20% max TOE and stays at home to save on manpower.
