To reproduce:

Add a side then go to "Editor" \ Title + Description
Inside the "Edit scenario title & description" window write in a title
Continue to write a description or alternatively just leave it for a minute or two either works.
Suddenly the writing inside the description becomes sluggish regardless of what is in it.

Hope this is enough to reproduce. If not let me know and I'll work on some more details.
