When planes attack a naval unit...does the AA guns of the ship attacked fire at the plan?...or all the AA guns of the fleet?

And when air units take losses....do they automaticly replace from a pool over time as long as they stand down?

I believe it says (according to Morrison) an arc of 120 degrees of fire was created due to the configuration of the TF. I do not know how sophisticated UV's formula is for calculating TF fire but obviously not all guns can fire from all ships. Perhaps the most optimum might be 50% but some ship classes do not divide their fire symmetrically.
As to the second part, I believe replacements come from the pool automatically but the location and size of the base may have an effect.

Replacements come as the unit checks to see if available units are in the pool. This check is done 2 out of 3 turns. For a unit to get the aircraft, they must be within two hops of one of the main bases (ie: Truk -> Rabaul -> PM). If the unit is outside this transfer range, it will get no replacements. CV airgroups are a little different. (a) They have to be docked/anchored/disbanded at a port and (b) They don't seem to get the transfer step (ie: the plane has to make it directly to the CV in one hop). The check for CV aircraft is conducted every turn.
