Status: offline 		How are support units chosen and called for an attack?
Is it a completely random process?
Model attacked an heavily fortified hex (3.10) and so I had put 7 pioneer battailons in involved Corps HQ.
It was a useless move, no one of them was called to partecipate to the deliberate attack...
Instead some flak units SU were called among other units...

Status: offline 		Usually german player attached the pioneer to the combat units just to be sûre of their involvement.

About support unit choice in battle, i'am interested in more details too, the manual do not add a lot of information.

You're right, I should have done this way, now mud has begun and Leningrad is safe...
