The image is taken from the Bitter End.

1. the meaning of the 2 numbers in the Victory Points.
2. the meaning of defense: 16000(0). What is its impact to the game?
3. threat level 0 / 0 / 0. What do we expect the change of the level(s) during the game?

Ad. 1: its victory points for each turn you control hex/ points when you control hex in the end of the game. You can chech it pressing v.

2/3 - probably some setting to guide the AI, I'll look whether this should be displayed at all.

Do you have any troops inside the town ? If not, i have no idea what defense is.
It could be the defensive values of all troops inside. (Around 160).

I may discover a new parameter in this thread
