#1 How do I get the Collectors Boxed edition? Only the Digital Box edition shows up in the ordering cart area.
#2 Are all of those $19.99 and $2.99 Scenarios additions included in the $79.99 game?

Hi Tom,

When the digital product is added to your cart, you will find in the shopping cart menu a 'Upgrade to boxed copy' checkbox. Check this and you will see confirmation on screen (and an updated price).

DLCs are not included. Though if you own any of the DLC counterparts for the original CMANO, you will have access to them free of charge (see FAQ document).
