I have played around with the reinforcement level/ugprades. I have noticed that some units at a certain point don't seem to recover reinforcements or do it at a really snail pace. I had a German Army Corp in a game in '42 where at strength 10 that seemed to remain at that strength for 5 turns. Mind you I have a ton of units.

Is there a cap on the reinforcement level overall for all your forces? I mean if you produce say 350-450 Production and have full man power and place all that into reinforcements it doesn't appear like you get all that? Am I wrong or do the upgrades still a portion.

Would be very micro to stop upgrades for a sector or reinforcements with your HQ cause that's not always possible. Prioritizing another sector...

Proposed already a pre-phase where one manually do the repairs and upgrades.
Pre-phase before the turn proper (move, attack, etc).

Currently it's hard to discern how much one needs and so forth.
