The manual says bombers use their maneuver rating to evade flak, and fighters use their maneuver rating in dogfighting.

What about fighter-bombers then? They only have one manuever rating. Do they use it for both dogfighting and evading flak when they perform bombing raids? Among monoplanes, Zero and Sen Baku FBs as maneuverable as Idas and Stellas, the most agile Jap monoplane bombers.
