Add in Report > Help

Another help topic for all organizations and what they do. This info would be handy at the start of the game where the Organization tab is blank and will only display info there for current setup org. No good for when you have a choice to setup a new org and you don't know or forget what some do.

Of course this info is in the manual, but for a quick reference it would be nice to have this org info in the game.
