I�m an intermediate player +, but open for a Bitter end campaign against all interested.

Below my suggestions:
CV mode Default
Non-Random weather
Fog of war
Movement FoW
No Russian +1, harsh blizzard
no paradrop
No naval invasions west for Sevastopol after it have been taken
Server game
