Early access on Steam. VERY impressive. Kind of a dream game, as far as features I've wanted for years. Operational and tactical.

Thank you for telling that it is RTS. No need for me to look at it then.

not saying RTS is bad, just not mine style of play tbh, while many do enjoy and prefer it or get along with it, for me, not played one yet i grew to like or enjoy, or wished it was turn based instead, is all i was saying, if we all liked and enjoyed the same, the world would be a much smaller place and maybe not also for the better

rts is not my style either, but this game has so many other great features that I'm going to go for it.

It is pausable, and the pace is nice and slow at the default speed. Realistic during the tactical phases.

to echo gwgardner, it is not an RTS clickfest in the traditional sense. It's definitely slow paced. Slower than the Ultimate General games even, I would say.

Definitely a wait and see situation for me with this game. Fingers crossed it delivers on what seems a very promising effort.

Didn't have a clue. Maybe if you can work out how the hell to play it could be good. Certainly alot of detail going on.

Never seen the attraction of 'not real-time in the simulation' games, just no turns (I suppose RTS is easier to spell).

I mean, if WW2 is fought in actual real time, the game takes YOU years to play it.

I'd much rather they created more WEGO designs so that 'gamey' exploits are not an option.

As far as I can see you can let the AI play the battles and just play the strategic end of it.

Interesting. I like the strategic and tactical views as well as the artwork. I may get this. RS does not bother me, I play CMO. Game mechanics I'm interested in.
