Do you get to pick your core force in the MC? How many points do i get? i can spend the weekend planning my purchases, since i won't be able to actually play.

NO. The core force is pre selected. You get 1 Hq, 1 Plt Panzer Grenadier, 1 Recon Plt SdKfz 222, 1 Section PzIIIe, 3 Plt PzIIIe, 1 Plt PzIVd. ;)

Why do you put a sad face on your reply? This is one of the best thinks about the MC (IMHO) :)

I would rather be able to make purchases myself. Believe it or not, i like PZ38's better than early PZIII's. I just wished the game showed them as faster - 28 or so. AND before anyone jumps all over me for wanting something in the German OOB changed, it was just an idol thought. :)

A_B: You can modify that yourself with the OOB editor. :D

I know, but that would be 'cheating'. I will give german recon squads MP40's, but much more than that would affect play balance too much.

I like to do make purchases myself too. But you can do it on every regular campaign. I like this MC’s special challenge :)

I put the "sad Face" on my reply because it seemed that the questioner was really looking forward to selecting his force, I figured he would be disappointed by the fact that the core force is pre-selected. I like the pre-selected force in the MC?

Hello... When designing the Mega-Campaign, we determined that as a role playing effort, we would try to stick to the decisions and problems faced by a field commander. When an officer is assigned command of a unit, he does not usually have the luxury of selecting his own table of equipment or organization. He commands the troops he is given. Nor has he the ability to exchange his tanks for a later model. This kind of decision is made at much higher levels. So, the Mega-Campaign does not allow this sort of thing, either. Hope this helps... Michael Wood
