Haha yeah he is pretty bad

! Young, inept and very stupid. I'll keep an eye for a bad one.

There should be a Soylent Green directorship for such candidates.

Honestly, tho, how do such potatoes even get thru sifting. Sheesh.

No, the sifting will happen when choosing candidates. At wich point Political Leanings play a big role - often bigger then suitability. See 5.8.9.6. for details

Yeah I found that funny as well

. Maybe he likes being unemployed since he recognizes the fact that he is an imbesill. Or he is delusional (not so rare in work life)!

If I didn't put him against the wall (I kid, I kid) so quickly, my Recruit Senior was nearly the same to that guy except he had a "whopping" 347 experience. Complete 0 in every INT/WAR/CHA skill. Capacity I.

Remind me why that card should be allowed to roll such a terrible leader.

You need bodies to train your Secret Service Director's "Assassinate" skill, what else.

Always think positive

! I've only recently how quickly especially capable leaders start leveling in skills after some strat usage. Even with failed attempts. In my former game my IV foreign council director had 0 in intimidate but after using provocation several times (failed in the beginning), she soon had 30 intimidate.
