Attached is a scenario where I'm testing the DF-31A and am ordering it to fire only one missile into the Gobi Desert. However, once I hit "play", the missile launcher fires all missiles in the tubes at the designated target thus creating a massive waste of ammunition. Is there any way this can be fixed?

It's worse than I thought, seems that just about every ballistic missile battery does this in 1147.16.
