"Order of Battle is now available on XBOX. The base game for consoles arrives at $19.99, and it includes the Blitzkrieg campaign, one of the most popular Order of Battle expansions, which is distributed on PC as a separate DLC"

Okay this bothers me. I have Order of Battle. Why do I have to pay for a DLC when it gets dished out to others for free?

I'm probably getting upset over nothing but on the surface it seems kind of unfair.
