Meanwhile this is the print friendly, I hope, version of it with updated information and typos all hopefully fixed.

There are still books related to the war in Europe in the references.

Status: offline 		Very likely not since the changes are very minor. The one that comes with the game Matrix does. For some reason the current word processing documents don't allow a general background image to be attached to documents that I know of.
