So, I am watching Strategy Gaming Dojo.

He says best to assign construction engineers SUs (for Germany) to Army Group HQ as they have the greatest range in the game for sending these guys out to repair the rails.

I see that I can do this one at a time, but is there any quick way to do this from the Commanders Report. I can certainly select all of them, but reassign them.

I think Strategy Gaming Dojo's info is a bit off. Per 4.10.8 in the manual, rail repair units are sent out to an HQ's max command range, so leaving them in high command will actually provide the most range. i suppose once your front line is far enough forward it may become valid, assuming you're keeping high command back on a NSS. Also, the common wisdom on here is typically to assign RR units down to a few spare corps, so you can concentrate their efforts in specific sectors, rather than dilute them across the entire front.

but to answer your question, I'm pretty sure all command reassignments for ground forces have to be done one-at-a-time, unfortunately. if I'm wrong, that would be news to me. I too would greatly appreciate a mass command reassignment function.
