I noticed that - and posted that in the AAR too.
I believe there is a mistake - because Slovaks stop producing the guns they still need in their motorized division (and not sure of their infantry division in the Soviet Garrison).
It seems odd to me that the entire field artillery / gun production of Slovakia comes to an end. Especially when their units still request these type of ground elements.

These guns are czech and french ones. There exist no production for them 1941
