I took every port in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. Turkey is still neutral. However the Soviet Black Sea fleet has been hanging around off the coast of Maikop for about a year now with no apparent ill effects. What gives?

They will have no supply but still be there. I don't believe they can do much if any damage to ships or planes.

I am not sure if they can intercept transports or block supply though.
